banana-academy is an online conversation club. You chat in English with small groups of Russian-speaking children and teenagers (7–18) who want to practise — about games, films, music and everyday life back home.
Who we are looking for
Students from English-speaking countries who live in Moscow and for whom English is a native language. No teaching degree needed — patience and curiosity matter more.
What you do
Run 60-minute group sessions (up to 4 students) on Zoom, using a session plan we prepare. You lead a conversation, you do not teach grammar.
When
Regular evening and weekend slots that fit around your classes, in Moscow time. You tell us when you are free; we build the schedule.
Pay
A fixed amount per group session you run. We agree the exact terms with you before you start.
Support
The organisers open every meeting, sort out tech issues and are there if anything feels off.
Rules
No private contact with students, no sharing of personal details, no recording.
